With their dwindling numbers
Nova Squadron devised new means to supplement
their numbers in order to combat the Terran Dominion.
Mechanical drones were one such solution. Iron Claws are little more than
flying cannons. Its front section opens only when it is ready to fire, and
this clamp-like device is what gives this drone its name.

Another space-drone model, the
Bombarder was designed to carry the same function as the Valkyrie and then
some. It fires a volley of rockets literally everywhere, as this drone is
armed to the teeth with a myriad of tiny missiles. If the Iron Claw's forte
is particle weaponry, then the Bombarder's is its cheap and plentiful missiles.

Supplementing the drones are
Nova Squadron's cyborg assassins. These cyborgs
are reanimated Terran corpses augmented with machinery, giving each soldier
an additional life on the battlefield beyond death. Some such cyborgs are
under the direct control of Nova Squadron's main
computer.
